When you purchase tickets you will need to create an account with Ticket Sellers (if you have not already done so, like creating a Waitrose/Amazon on line account) where you can login and see all your tickets from across all the festivals you have bought with The Ticket Sellers which is useful and having all your details to hand they can deal with all the queries quickly and efficiently


Ticket Delivery Schedule
 - These are bar coded tickets and will be sent to the email address used when booking (If you change your email you need to let them know).
The tickets can be scanned from your chosen device or old school printed tickets.

Please note The Ticket Sellers barcode release date is: 18/06/2025 and Customers will receive their barcodes via email within 24hrs from this date.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, returns or rollovers etc.

Disabled tickets:

 If you wish to apply for a carer or camping ticket please buy your ticket in the normal way then contact The Ticket Sellers with your ticket order and proof of PIP/DLA and if you qualify they will attached your ticket to your account. This will give you access to the disabled camping or parking if not staying.


 (Please note the disabled camping and parking passes are for festival goers with permanent disabilities, so we are sorry broken legs, recent injuries or pregnant women do not qualify)

If you are a Blue Badge holder or higher, you will qualify for disabled parking and will need to send proof to The Ticket Sellers as above.


For anyone that is coming for the first time the very furthest you would walk is around 650 metres if you were in the furthest part of the furthest camping field, An average would be less than 300 metres.
